Accessibility statement
W2MS Web to Mobile Services Inc. aims to make our website usable by people with diverse abilities. As an Ontario-based organization, we work toward the accessibility principles reflected in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and WCAG 2.1 Level AA targets for public web content.
Last reviewed: September 15, 2026. This statement describes our current approach. It is not a formal WCAG conformance claim or completed AODA audit report. We have not yet commissioned a full independent accessibility audit of every page and product surface.
Our approach
- Skip links and logical heading structure on marketing pages
- Light and dark themes with improved text contrast targets
- Visible focus indicators on interactive controls and form fields
- Form labels, required consent checkboxes, and status messages with
aria-live - Keyboard-operable forms, cookie settings, and buttons with clear labels (not generic “click here”)
- Descriptive image
alttext for content screenshots; empty alt for decorative images - Respect for
prefers-reduced-motionwhere animations are used - Self-hosted fonts to avoid third-party font CDNs
Known limitations
Some embedded demos, third-party charts (including LinkedIn embeds when enabled), or legacy product screens may not yet meet every WCAG success criterion. Cloudflare Turnstile widgets are third-party and may present accessibility constraints outside our control. We prioritize fixes that unblock real users.
Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) is a third-party widget. Keyboard and screen-reader behaviour depends on Cloudflare’s implementation. If Turnstile blocks you, contact us and we will arrange an alternate verification path.
