Last updated: September 8, 2026. These terms govern use of websites operated by W2MS Web to Mobile Services Inc. (“W2MS”, “we”), including w2ms.com and w2ms.ca, and related marketing materials. Product subscriptions are also governed by any signed order, license, or master services agreement.

Acceptance

By using our websites or creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the sites or create an account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use W2MS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of websites and accounts

• Use the sites and accounts only for lawful business purposes
• Keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access
• Do not probe, scrape abusively, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not reverse engineer our software except where mandatory law allows
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms, poses a security risk, or is inactive.

Products and demos

Descriptions of MeterSense, Veracta, demos, and features on the marketing site are informational. Capabilities, availability, and pricing depend on your configuration and written agreement. Marketing copy is not a warranty. SSO, integrations, and other advanced features may require separate setup or paid plans.

Fees, trials, and refunds

Paid products are billed under your order form or subscription agreement. See our Refund Policy for website-related purchases and how cancellations work. Unless an agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a paid term begins, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

W2MS owns its software, branding, documentation, and site content (excluding your customer data and third-party materials). You may not copy or reuse our materials without written permission. Customer data remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to host and process it to deliver the service.

Product screenshots and brand assets on this site are owned by W2MS unless otherwise noted. Third-party trademarks (for example LinkedIn) belong to their owners.

Third-party services

The site may link to or embed third-party services (for example LinkedIn). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or outages.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, websites and free account features are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Paid products may include warranties only as stated in your customer agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W2MS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the marketing websites. For paid products, liability limits in your customer agreement control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario or Canadian law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify W2MS against claims arising from your unlawful use of the sites, your content, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Windsor, Ontario (or another Ontario venue we agree in writing) have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for website use. Product agreements change only as those agreements allow.
